Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast this program allows you to feel like part of the team and where nobody is left behind nor asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Everybody will go home challenged! Women of all ages, body types, and abilities are encourages to participate. You will inspire and be inspired.
Quite simply EVERYTHING!! Each day is a different workout, and over the course of a week workouts will include a combination of cardio training (short/long distance running, short hill workouts, sprinting drills etc., cross-training (agility) and strength training (push-ups, dips, lunges, squats, step-ups an abdominal workouts). Each class ends with stretching. The intent is that most of the exercises by new to you. They are designed to add some flavor to your personal programs.
We are all here to burn calories and we will do that rain or shine!! You will be surprised at what can be done in weather that you once thought was unbearable. *Safety will always be top priority. You will never be placed in a situation where the weather is a threat to your well-being.
